TarDB: A miRNA Target Database in Plants.

TarDB employs cross-species conservation filter, degradome and sRNA-seq data to identify high-confidence miRNA targets in plants.

TarDB

(version 1.0)

TarDB is an extensive update of TarHunter, a tool we previously published for searching conserved miRNA targets in plants (Ma et al. Bioinformatics,2018).

New Features

TarDB has new features compared with the previous TarHunter website. Apart from new interactive interfaces, TarDB are based on new analysis and collects new data.

  1. Conserved miRNA targets on TarDB are from new analysis based on Phytozome v12 transcript data.

  2. New species are included in TarDB. miRNA data derive from miRBase, PMIREN and Penn State Univ. Plant small RNA Genes server.

  3. New degradome data are included.

  4. TarDB includes miRNA-triggered phasiRNA data.
