     

Cassava (Manihot esculenta) is an important food in Southeast Asia and Africa. The draft genome is available through phytozome including 416 megabases distributed on 11,243 contigs. The estimated genome size is ~770 Mb on 18 chromosomes. The current release includes 47,164 predicted genes. |
